Richeson: RadBeeper — Instruments
Summary—Keep a record of it, and put it on a web page. For the GQ GMC-320 Plus, on Linux.
Plug the counter in, switch it on, and RadBeeper finds it. It shows what the counter is counting right now, fetches what the counter recorded while nobody was watching, and keeps it all in a log you can chart, compare and publish.
The desktop app draws live gauges, a count-rate spectrogram and a drum recorder; the same data feeds a static web report that updates itself.
Highlights
- Live gauges, spectrogram and drum-recorder views
- Reads back the counter's own history log
- Publishes a self-updating monitor page
- Published on crates.io:
cargo install radbeeper
